Poems

From the heart of a Mother

In childhood, his mother taught him to walk,

Every time he tried to walk, he fell.

Later in time he walked  far away from the teacher;

And this time, The mother fell- into a depressed state.

Din thaa voh khushi kaa,

Khushi ke geet bohot tez the,

Tha itna mera mann khush ki rone me bhi hasna aaya tha,

Uss din mera beta iss duniya me aaya tha.

Itni gareebi me bhi maine, Ameeri ka sukh paaya tha;

Jab usne pehli baar mujhe maa keh kar bulaaya tha.

Ek dhool bhi zindagi me naa aane doongi tere,

Sapne joh tere honge vahin honge mere,

Dushmano ko tere mujhse guzarna hoga,

Teri andheri raaton me mujhe ujaala karna hoga.

Yeh kiye the kuch vaade khudse jinhe humesha nibhaaungi,

Chaae kitna bhi ho dard, bhae khoon, tujhse chipaungi.

Teri sharaarto ko tere papa se chipaaya hai,

Harr daat ke baad jitna tujhe utna hi mujhe rona aaya hai.

Taarifo par teri mann se muskaan aati hai,

Teri harr kamyaabi se mera ang-ang muskuraaya hai.

Tere chot ke zakhmo se mujhe aaj bhi dard hota hai,

Marham kitna bhi laga lo,

Yeh mann karwate badal kar roz sota hai.

Kitna sundar, kitna pyaara hai tu mera ek tukda!

Tere bin mai kaise reh paaungi?

Harr roz teri chinta, teri kami, teri yaadon me;

Beta, Mai toh jeete jee marr jaungi.
